Shipping

Please allow 24-48 hours for purchase to be processed. Once your purchase has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a link to view the tracking information. This link will be sent to the email provided during checkout.

All orders will be shipped via Standard Ground unless otherwise specified and rates will apply. Signature upon delivery is not required, therefore Ooshie is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your package. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Sales Policy 

All SALES ARE FINAL . We have an exchange only policy . We will gladly accept an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or used and must be in its original condition. Sale and discounted items are not exchangeable.

To make an exchange :

1. Please email info@ooshie.com ( subject: exchange ) to inform us that you would like make an exchange  and to request an exchange Authorization number.

2. Print out and complete the exchange form and enclose it with your item.

Once we have received your exchange we will issue you an Ooshie credit via email to be used towards your next online purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  We recommend that you secure a tracking number and delivery confirmation to ensure we receive the merchandise you are exchanging.
